Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days in new condition with original packaging, accessories, and invoice for a refund via the original payment method.
Strictly No Returns on Mounted Optics
- No returns on scopes or optics that are mounted, ring-marked, or threaded. Once attached, they are considered used.
- All returned optics undergo strict inspection upon arrival and will be rejected if mount marks are found.
No Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees for approved general returns, refunded minus original shipping costs.
Firearms
- Inspect firearms before taking possession from your dealer; email us for returns/replacements if issues arise.
- Firearms are subject to a $40.00 fee (deducted shipping/restock fees depending on the reason), and post-possession warranty issues go to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mounted optics/scopes, opened treestands, mouth blown calls, ammo, powder/primers, next-to-skin garments, crossbows, cut/altered arrows, cellular trail cameras (via manufacturer), and knives (contact manufacturer for warranty).
